If you have an existing array with another company that is now either not able to be supported, abandoned, not working or unable to be successfully troubleshooted, we will be happy to speak with you about it and guide you on the way forward.
We have taken on several arrays over recent months and restored systems to full working order and included them as part of our proactive monitoring service.
Our most recent system take over was for a 17 year old roof mount array on the Jay Johnson Public Library, Quinter, Kansas. The array wasn’t functioning when we first spoke with the library team. We were happy to troubleshoot and restore service. We replaced an inverter and added a rapid shutdown for additional safety which allowed this 17 year old array to come back online and start producing immediately.
