How Can a Ground Mount Work For Your Business?

Kansas Solar Systems help businesses maximize their unused onsite and off site land for ground mount solar.

If you have open space with good sun exposure, a commercial ground mount solar is a very efficient solution as it can be placed at an optimized angle and direction allowing it to produce slightly higher power output than the roof mount equivalent.

Commercial ground mount solar is perfect for business owners who have too many prohibitive roof issues, don’t have space for an integrated solar carport or pergola and for commercial customers who need to supplement their roof mount, carport or pergola array.

Please note: Your solar array will remain connected to the grid unless you choose an off grid solution.

Property lines

Many jurisdictions require ground mounts to be a set distance away from property lines. We will work with you to find out this information however, it may impact your planned array location.

Fencing & Trenching

Your commercial ground mount array will require a fence. Please be aware we will need to run trenches carrying our electrical cables from your solar array to the point of connection.
